About Us
At Shonebarger, Beale, Miller & Associates, No Client is Too Big or Small
The Company was started on October 16, 1986, when Larry Shonebarger and Carol Beale rented space in the building at 2116 Madison Ave in Toledo, and started offering Accounting and Tax services. In 1992, the Company moved to Sunforest Court into the building next to their current office. The Company has remained in this area and currently at 3950 Sunforest Court, since 2005. Charles A. Miller joined the firm in 2008 after the passing of Carol Beale.

Meet the Shonebarger, Beale, Miller & Associates Team
Charles A. Miller, MBA, MT, CPA
CPA Partner
Charles joined Shonebarger, Beale, Miller & Associates CPA, Inc. in 2008. Charles received his undergraduate degree from the University of Findlay and his master’s in taxation from the University of Toledo. He received his CPA license in 1996 and worked for a regional accounting firm in the Findlay, Ohio area for twelve years. In his free time, he likes to work around the house and play in his shop.
Lawrence J. Shonebarger, CPA
Partner
Larry received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo. He received his CPA license in 1982 and worked for the IRS in Houston, Texas in 1978 and 1979. Larry then moved back to Toledo and worked for a local accounting firm from 1980 to 1986. He enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including tennis, golf, and kayaking.
